  • While displaying the colors of the items on our website, we have made every effort to ensure accuracy. We are unable to guarantee that any color seen on your monitor will be correct, though, as the colors you see will vary depending on your display.
  • There could be other props in the picture that are only for presentation and aren’t included.
  • Standard orders must be paid in full at the time of booking in order for the order to be processed on time.
  • After full payment is received at the respective store, deliveries are done within 15 working days. Delivery will occur 15 working days following the transfer of funds if payment is made by check.
  • Order cancellations after payment have been received are not accepted.
  • If you receive the exact goods that you ordered in great condition and it is as described on the website, there will be no exchange or refund (change of mind is not applicable).
  • The purchase will be deemed canceled and 20% of the order cost will be withheld if the customer delays delivery of the order for more than 30 days beyond the scheduled delivery date.
  • Ten days prior to delivery, any order may be altered if the following requirements are met:
    1. The new order’s total exceeds or is equal to the initial order.
    2. A revised delivery date will be announced based on the availability of the product.
    3. Once an order is delivered, it cannot be altered or updated.
