We will evaluate the customer’s demands and then present a comprehensive proposal that includes the scope of work and related costs. The cost of the project will be determined before its start and will depend on its complexity and scope. As specified in the proposal, payments are due on time.
To guarantee that the project moves forward smoothly, clients are expected to supply correct and timely information as well as access when required. Requests for modifications made by the customer after the project has started may incur extra costs and cause the schedule to be altered.
Until full payment is received, any designs, drawings, and related intellectual property created during the project are the property of innerspace . It is forbidden to use this content without authorization.
innerspace and the customer both commit to keeping any private information disclosed throughout the project secret.
The agreement may be terminated by either party by giving written notice. All services provided up until the termination date must be paid for by the client.
Our goal is to deliver services of the greatest caliber. We do not, however, guarantee the outcomes of our services. The conditions of the third parties that provide the materials and furnishings govern any guarantees that they may have. The sum that was paid for the services is the limit of our obligation.
The laws of Jurisdiction apply to these terms and conditions. This agreement’s disputes shall be settled by arbitration in compliance with the Arbitration Rules.
Any modifications to these terms and conditions must be approved in writing by both parties.
The furniture at i n n e r s p a c e is fumigated and kept in a safe environment. The claim will be considered only after inspecting the client’s premises for additional termite infestation and if the customer discovers evidence of termites or insects similar to them in hardwood furniture within a month of delivery.
“Deco” finished goods are not warranty-covered.
All innerspace furniture products are backed by a six-month warranty on polish and gloss from the delivery date. The polish damage brought on by physical harm, high temperatures, high humidity, or liquid
spills is not covered by the warranty.
Damages from improper handling are not covered by warranties. If installations of innerspace items are not done by innerspace employees, the warranty will be invalid.
innerspace offers a six-month guarantee on the hardware and construction of its furniture.
Unless otherwise specified in writing by the manufacturer, no standard innerspace guarantee applies to any outdoor furniture.
